AUSTRALIAN POLE & AERIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITION INFORMATION
The Australian Pole and Aerial Championships consists of multiple competitions, including: Pole Sports, Para Pole, Artistic Pole, Ultra Pole, Aerial Hoop & Artistic Hoop.
The APSF is proud to present the 2025 Australian Pole & Aerial Championships in Newcastle.
In July specific timing will be provided once entery numbers are finalised but ensure you are in Newcastle for the weekend of 18-20 July 2025.
This event is the ONLY national qualifier for the WORLD Pole and Aerial Championships.

Friday 6th June 2025: Forms for Head Judge Checking
Forms for checking by Head Judge must be submitted 6 weeks before the competition, and the athlete will receive feedback 1 week before the final deadline.

Friday 20th June 2025: Entries Close
This is the last possible date for closing entries: with form submission and (Compulsory and bonus forms, as well as artistic requirement forms) (1 month before the competition).
Registration forms, membership and registration fees must be submitted by this date. To submit please email your forms and music to admin@auspolesports.org.

Friday 27th June 2025: Outfit and Music Check
Outfit check: athlete can ask their federation for feedback on their sport discipline outfits, no later than 3 weeks before the competition.
Music check: music received less than 3 weeks before the competition will be checked by the organiser but the athlete will get deduction for not following the rules and will need to send in new music that follows the rules.
