The PVRSC (formerly Penrith Sports Stadium) has stepped into a new era as a multipurpose indoor sports complex. With an ever-growing need for quality sports venues, Penrith now has A truly high-class indoor complex that will suit the needs of all indoor sporting and recreational activities.

Our team at The Pole Physio aim to equip Pole Dancers and Aerialists with the knowledge and tools they need to condition and prevent injury using an evidence based approach.

We offer a wide variety of classes at our Castle Hill studio. We offer Aerial Programs in multiple including Silks, Hammock, Lyra (Hoop), Trapeze and Corde Lisse (Rope) to keep you motivated and moving.

Stargazer Studios’ Arndell Park Pole Studio is an intimate training space with the most welcoming, supportive, empowering and uplifting community of members and staff.

There is abundant parking in Arndell Park Shopping Centre, where we’re located, and the 724 bus from Blacktown station stops almost at our door (the stop is Walters Road before Holbeche Road).

The studio features 8 x 40mm powder coated poles, and we take a maximum of 8 students per pole class, meaning you’ll never have to share your pole.
